How The Ordering Process Works
Placing Your Order
- When placing your order, it’s important to make sure your graduates name and school name are spelled correctly.
- When choosing a photo, make sure it’s a high resolution image. If you are ordering from your phone, be sure to select “Actual Size” or the largest available size when prompted by your device. We want to make sure the final print includes a nice crisp photo!
Once Your Orders Placed
- When your order comes in, our team goes to work putting together the artwork for your banners. We go to the school website and get the closest available colors, and school logo if possible.
- You will receive a proof prior to printing. If you are on a tight deadline, please keep an eye on your email as we do not go to print until the final design is approved. The quicker you can respond to us, the faster your banners arrive.
- Once you provide final approval we go directly to print and no changes can be made at that time. You will get tracking information the following business day, and your banner arrives one business day after that. No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday so please plan accordingly.
Installing / Hanging Your Banners
Unless requested, all graduation door banners come with metal grommets in all 4 corners. These are perfect anchor points to secure the banner to your door. If you have a metal door, magnets are a great way to secure your banner, if you have a wood or fiberglass door we suggest 3M Command Strips.

Production Times & Shipping
- Production time is 1 Business Day (Saturday, Sunday & Federal Holidays are NOT Business Days)
- Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time are shipped out the following business day.*
- Orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Time will be shipped out in 2 business days.*
- *Production time is dependent on the customer providing the proper information or photos at the time of purchase.
- FedEx Overnight is for Monday-Friday ONLY – No Saturday or Sunday Deliveries are made. Orders placed on Thursday with Overnight Service will ship on Friday for Monday Delivery. A physical address is required. We do not ship to PO boxes.
