Due to the nature of the custom products we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds once the product has gone into production or shipped. You acknowledge and agree to these terms during the checkout process.

We move FAST with many orders entering production in just a few short hours.

We are not responsible for spelling errors. Triple check that you have spelled everything correctly. We literally copy and past the information just as it’s provided to us. Some products require that all text be in uppercase letters.

Please make sure that you’ve carefully read and understand product descriptions and dimensions before making a purchase. We provide visual aids to help understand the scale of your banner. Make sure your banner is small enough or large enough to fit the desired display space.

We 100% stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If there is a production error that squeaks through our quality control, we will replace your banner with an exact replacement.

It is equally important that you provide a valid US Shipping Address. We ship using FedEX and UPS which DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
